Que Pasa?

In this weekly feature titled, QUE PASA? I am going to feature news and recent information on American Graffiti related info.  Look for it weekly, here on the station that plays all the hits: K.I.P.

IMPALA FEATURED IN NEW BOOK
The Impala in 2008 at the PETALUMA CELEBRATES AMERICAN GRAFFITI event.
The worlds' most bitchin'est car, star in American Graffiti: Mike's '58 Impala will be featured in the up coming book, LOST HOT RODS by Pat Ganahls.  The author's goal is to answer the question, "Whatever happened to...?" The book has vintage photos of famous cars in their heyday, along with where and how they look today. Mike's '58 Impala is one such car.  The book tells its personal history, and has Then and Now images.  This hard cover book can be pre-ordered at Amazon.com and other retail outlets.

Lost Hot Rods is a special collection of stories.
The '58 @ PETALUMA CELEBRATES AMERICAN GRAFFITI event 2008.

Notice the '70s style steering wheel and Hang Ten gas pedal.

Here's just a sample of what's included in this terrific book...

If you wanna read the article on Steve's Impala-buy the book!

  1. Mark,

Good to see the Kipster back in action. With all these Graffiti blogs running around here backwards, it's nice to have the academia side of things covered.

    Aloha
